How it works
1. Connect & Discover
Once you reach out, I’ll send through my full pricing guide. This is where we start getting to know each other and see if we’re the perfect fit. We’ll chat about your vision, timeline, and what matters most to you. Whether over email, phone or a video call, this is where we craft an experience that feels personal and effortless.
2. Plan & Prepare
Once you’ve chosen your package, I’ll send over your contract and invoice to secure your date. A signed agreement and deposit officially locks everything in! Now the fun begins, it's time to bring your vision to life. We'll fine-tune your timeline, chat through all the meaningful details, and make sure everything is in place so you can head into your wedding day feeling excited and completely at ease.
3. Capture & Deliver
The day you dreamed up has finally arrived. You get to be fully present while I capture every detail, emotion, and in-between moment. I’ll gently guide you when needed but mostly let things unfold naturally so your photos feel real and timeless. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a small selection of preview images — perfect for sharing and reliving the joy while everything’s still fresh. Then, a few weeks later, your full beautifully curated online gallery will arrive, ready to download, share, and cherish forever.
FAQ
Do you travel?
YES, absolutely!! I am based near Geelong, Victoria. One free hour of travel is included there and back. For weddings located a little further, I will give you a quote for travel on top of your wedding package. I love to travel especially interstate and overseas for weddings! For interstate weddings I ask that one night of modest accomodation and return flights is covered. For international weddings, I kindly ask that return flights and two nights of modest accommodation are covered. I’ll always do my best to keep these costs as minimal and reasonable as possible.
How do I book you?
Yay!! I am so happy to hear you want to book! To secure your date, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 20% of your chosen package is required. For weddings, the remaining balance is due one month prior to your wedding date. For engagement or couple sessions, payment is due two weeks before your session.
Which wedding package should we choose?
Most couples find that eight to ten hours of coverage allows their day to be documented fully and without rushing. Ten hours is particularly well suited to weddings with multiple locations or extended celebrations, while shorter coverage works beautifully for ceremony onwards. I’m always happy to talk through your timeline and help guide you toward the package that best fits your plans.
Do you offer videography?
Yes absolutely! I offer a range of video options for your wedding day. For proposals you can also add on videography for your special moment!
Can I do a custom package?
Yes absolutely! I am happy to tailor a package to suit your needs.
How long does it take to get our photos/video?
For couple shoots you will get your photos within 1-3 weeks. For weddings my turn around time varies depending on how busy the season is. I allow for up to 12 weeks in the contract but I do have options to fast track your photos if you just can't wait!! For proposals and weddings you get sneak peak photos within 24-48 hours!
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes! After your wedding or photo session you can order a fine art album or prints.
Can we meet?
Absolutely. I usually suggest a phone or zoom call as it’s the easiest way to connect and chat through your plans. If an in-person meeting feels important to you and we’re local to one another, I’m always happy to arrange that where possible.
How do you keep our files safe?
On the day, I shoot with multiple cameras that record to dual memory cards, ensuring everything is backed up immediately. After your wedding, your images and film are backed up across multiple hard drives and a secure online storage.
What if rain is scheduled?
For couple shoots, we can easily reschedule our session if the weather is looking unpleasant. For weddings, we can still capture your amazing day no matter the weather. Most venues have wet weather options and I can provide clear umbrellas so we can still capture stunning images outside. The most important thing is for you to focus on celebrating your love!
What about if we feel awkward in front of the camera?
This is completely normal. Most couples feel this way at first. My approach is relaxed and natural, allowing you to settle into the day without pressure.
